Job summary

Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, part of Clark Construction Group, is seeking a coordinator for our McLean, VA marketing and proposal team. You will craft proposals, update marketing materials, edit technical content, and develop collateral for print and digital channels.

The role requires strong writing and editing skills, 2–7 years in marketing/proposals, and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.
• 2–7 years of marketing/proposal experience; experience at an architecture, engineering or construction firm a plus.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-written, visually compelling proposals to support pursuits nationwide.
• Update standard marketing material (resumes, project sheets, matrices).
• Edit content from technical teams for grammar and consistency.
• Assist with proposal production (copying, binding, etc.).
• Prepare presentations for client interviews.
• Develop marketing collateral for print and digital use.
• Create and maintain content for website and social media across platforms.
• Maintain CRM database and execute mailings.
• Respond to ad hoc marketing requests (events, photo shoots, swag, reports).
