Job summary

EEI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal and pursuit processes, translating complex engineering experience into client-focused materials. You will collaborate with technical leaders, project teams, and marketing to develop compliant, high-quality responses.

The role balances writing, design, and research in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organization and flexibility. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in proposal coordination or related fields and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, technical writing, or related experience.
• Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign for creating multi-page proposal documents under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal strategy and schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices; communicate milestones to contributors.
• Write and edit client-focused content describing EEI services, project experience, and differentiators.
• Translate technical engineering topics into accessible marketing language; conduct pursuit research.
