Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years in proposal development/marketing/communications in AEC.
• Experience managing complex proposals from kickoff through submission, including strategy, compliance, content, scheduling, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, production, and delivery of complex proposals and related materials.
• Manage multiple pursuits with schedules, compliance, deadlines, and quality.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, set schedules, coordinate contributors, drive accountability.
• Collaborate to develop win themes, differentiators, and client messaging.
• Analyze RFQs/RFPs/SOQs to identify compliance and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate content from technical staff, partners, and stakeholders.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal content for clarity and impact.
• Develop layouts, presentations, and pursuit materials aligned with brand.
• Support interview prep through presentation development and rehearsal coordination.
• Serve as a technical resource on proposal best practices and content development.
• Maintain proposal assets in Cosential/Unanet CRM.
• Participate in pursuit debriefs and continuous improvement.
