Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to lead the development and delivery of complex proposals, qualifications, and pursuit materials.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and technical staff to craft compliant, client-focused messages that advance McMillen's growth objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field; or 5–7 years in proposal development in AEC.
• Experience managing complex proposals from kickoff through final submission.
• Strong proposal strategy, writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Experience with client-focused messaging and win themes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal tools like Cosential/Unanet CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of complex proposals, qualifications, presentations, and pursuit collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate contributors and drive accountability in proposal development.
• Develop win themes and client-focused messaging with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements and corporate branding.
• Support interview preparations and production of interview materials.
• Maintain proposal assets in Cosential/Unanet CRM.
