Job summary

Broadway Staffing seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join the corporate marketing team. The role supports proposal development, qualifications, award submissions, and marketing materials under the Marketing/Proposal Manager.

You will collaborate with technical staff and leadership on deadline-driven projects and coordinate multiple proposals simultaneously. Responsibilities include writing, editing, proofreading, and developing content such as executive summaries, resumes, and responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in related consulting business (engineering, AEC, or professional services preferred).
• 5+ years coordinating responses to formal RFPs and RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development, including technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Develop content such as executive summaries, project descriptions, qualifications, resumes, and responses.
• Interpret RFP requirements and research background materials.
• Coordinate preparation and application of industry award pursuits.
• Liaise with marketing staff in other offices.
• Maintain database of proposal pursuits and projects.
