Job summary

SmartRecruiters is expanding our proposal organization and looking for a Proposal Coordinator who can contribute to winning large, complex opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and the product team to strategize and develop compelling proposals for major brands.

You will help manage end-to-end proposal delivery, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate inputs from executive, legal, and finance teams to strengthen responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process for developing large, complex or multiple proposals ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Develop and write detailed RFPs that pertain to composite performance, organizational information, assets under management, and/or product-specific data.
• Maintain an understanding of current product capabilities and value statements for proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to enhance responses based on learnings.
• Maintain and enhance RFP templates and create document library and FAQs.
• Coordinate internal processes to develop proposals, gathering information from executives, legal, and finance.
• Manage internal document response timelines to meet prospects' requirements.
• Use gathered information to enhance sales training and collateral.
• Interface with customer representatives during fact-finding and proposal pricing justifications.
• Coordinate strategy and deliverables with bid/capture team.
• Prepare and present oral and written reports.
