Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating RFP, RFI, RFQ, or other complex bid responses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ and bid responses.
• Ingest solicitation materials and organize requirements.
• Assemble the internal response team and assign content requests.
• Manage deadlines, versions, and content libraries.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Track addenda, amendments, and clarifications throughout the process.
• Prepare final proposal packages for submission.
• Maintain content metadata for future reuse.
