Job summary

Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to help develop compelling proposals and interview presentations to win work. The role collaborates with project managers to compile materials while ensuring RFP compliance.

Responsibilities include proofreading, printing, and tracking proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate will use Word templates, PowerPoint for presentations, and AI tools to enhance proposal work, coordinating across time zones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, business, English, or related field.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work with staff across several time zones.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity and comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal consulting team and external partners to help develop compelling proposals
• Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance checklists, and ensure that proposals meet requirements
• Develop proposals using Word templates
• Review and proofread proposals
• Produce and ship hard copy proposal documents
• Ability to use AI tools that can support proposal work
• Format interview presentations using PowerPoint templates
• Customize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summaries
• Organize and maintain proposal materials, including keeping proposal files, project summaries, and resumes up to date
• Ability to create and manage production schedules
• Assist with other proposal and marketing tasks as required
