Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to support end-to-end capture and proposal activities. You will help ensure opportunities stay on schedule, compliant, and well-coordinated across technical, pricing, and executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with GovCon or consulting environments. Collaboration with SMEs and on-time delivery of proposals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years in GovCon or consulting capture/proposal support.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and proposal lifecycles.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capture and pre-proposal activities to keep opportunities on schedule.
• Support capture managers with opportunity tracking, milestones, and documentation.
• Maintain capture calendars, win-strategy artifacts, and gate review materials.
• Assist with competitor research and customer intelligence tracking.
• Coordinate color team reviews and capture-related meetings.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and trackers.
• Manage document version control and content integration.
• Support RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, requirements extraction, and compliance checks.
• Track action items, risks, and dependencies through proposal execution.
• Assist with production, submission readiness, and final quality checks.
• Serve as a central point between proposal managers, technical leads, pricing, and operations.
