Job summary

Critical Innovations LLC is seeking a Proposal Development & Capture Coordinator to join the Grants & Contracts Department. This on-site role supports federal proposal development, capture activities, and related business development from opportunity qualification through submission and transition to award administration.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Grants & Contracts, you will research opportunities, coordinate contributors, draft content, and help ensure compliant, on-time proposals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in proposal development or related fields.
• Excellent writing and editing with strong coordination skills.
• Experience in U.S. federal, healthcare, or regulated proposals preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SBIR/STTR and related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify federal funding opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors for proposal content.
• Draft and integrate technical and management narratives.
• Ensure compliant, on-time submissions.
• Manage pre-solicitation and capture materials.
• Support meetings with funders and partners; record decisions.
