PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES LLC is seeking a motivated, organized Capture & Proposal Recruiter to support talent acquisition within our government contracting organization. This role covers full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding for staffing on capture efforts and proposals.

The position requires collaboration with HR, Capture Management, Proposal Management, and Program Management to align staffing with current and anticipated contracts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, ideally in government contracting.
• Experience supporting government contracting, capture management, or proposals is highly desirable.
• Experience creating requisitions, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onboarding.
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, databases, and professional networks.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage job requisitions in ATS and coordinate approvals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for current and upcoming government contracts.
• Collaborate with HR, capture, and proposal teams to define staffing needs.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in screening and staffing activities.
