People, Technology & Processes seeks a motivated Capture & Proposal Recruiter to support talent acquisition and business development within a government contracting setting. You will own full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screenings, and onboarding while aligning with capture and proposal teams to meet staffing for contract opportunities.

You will partner with HR, capture, and program leaders to build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and ensure timely hires for current and upcoming

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting government contracting, capture management, or proposals is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting databases, job boards, and networking platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and requisition management.
• Partner with capture, proposal, and program leadership to define staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and availability.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics; build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment screening in compliance with policy.
• Support staffing for government contract opportunities and proposals.
