Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Superintendent to manage full-cycle rehab and turnover of rental homes. You will coordinate with residents, vendors, and the Leasing Team, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality workmanship across projects.

The role requires extensive travel within the portfolio, strong communication, and hands-on supervision of contractors and inspections. A valid driver's license and OSHA 10 are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 is required (new hires have up to 90 days to complete).
• Minimum two years of project management with budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Knowledge of residential construction incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents for Pre Move-Out Visits and document condition and responsibilities.
• Conduct Resident Orientations to welcome residents and explain systems and policies.
• Perform Move Out Inspections and create scope of work and cost estimates.
