Invitation Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of rental homes. You will conduct Pre Move-Out visits, Resident Orientations and Move Out Inspections, and manage scopes of work with contractors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and OSHA 10, plus 2+ years in project management and knowledge of residential construction. A valid driver’s license and travel within the portfolio are expected.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; OSHA 10 certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Minimum two years of project management experience overseeing multiple projects, budgets, timelines and quality.
• General knowledge of residential construction including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring and local codes.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with residents for Pre Move-Out visits and document home condition and responsibilities.
• Conduct Resident Orientations to welcome new residents and explain systems and policies.
• Perform Move Out Inspections and develop scope of work with cost estimates.
• Oversee rehab and turn process, coordinate with contractors, submit change orders, ensure on-time completion, document progress with photos.
