Invitation Homes is seeking a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of properties. You will conduct pre move-out visits, resident orientations, and move-out inspections, while coordinating with contractors to ensure on-schedule completion and accurate cost management.

The role requires OSHA 10, strong project-management skills, and extensive travel within the portfolio. A valid driver’s license and basic hand/tools are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 is required (new hires have up to 90 days to complete).
• Minimum two years of project management experience managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and quality of work.
• General knowledge of residential construction including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, drywall, and flooring and local codes.
• Negotiating with and managing contractors to complete work.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with residents to complete Pre Move-Out Visits and document home condition.
• Meet with incoming residents for Resident Orientations to explain systems and maintenance policies.
• Conduct Move Out Inspections and prepare scope of work and cost charges.
• Oversee rehab and turn process, coordinate with contractors and document progress with photos.
• Communicate with Leasing Team about delays affecting move-in dates.
• Ensure job site safety during project visits and inspections.
• Negotiate repairs with vendors per company standards.
• Occasionally perform occupancy checks and coordinate evictions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
