Invitation Homes seeks a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of rental homes in the Texas area. You will meet with residents, perform move-out/in inspections, and manage budgets and contractor work, ensuring timely, quality completion.

The role requires OSHA-10, 2+ years of project management, and strong communication. Travel is extensive, with a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus. Experience with Outlook and Salesforce is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 is required (new hires have up to 90 days to complete).
• Minimum two years of project management experience across multiple projects.
• General knowledge of residential construction (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring).
• Negotiating with and managing contractors to complete work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using a tablet and business apps (Outlook, Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; tools required.
• Regular, consistent attendance including weekends/holidays; extensive travel.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with residents to complete Pre Move-Out Visits and document home condition.
• Hold Resident Orientations to welcome new residents and explain systems and policies.
• Conduct Move Out Inspections and prepare scope of work with costs charged to residents.
• Oversee rehab/turn process; coordinate with contractors; document progress with photos.
• Inform Leasing Team of delays affecting move-in dates; ensure safety on-site.
• Negotiate repairs with vendors per company standards; assist with occupancy checks as needed.
