The role requires strong numerical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi; responsibilities include rent processing, invoicing, budgeting support, and coordinating maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related Property Management experience.
• Strong understanding of budgets and recoveries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgeting preparation for assigned buildings.
• Draft and distribute correspondences to tenants.
• Manage rent collection and posting of payments in company software.
• Review monthly recurring billings and monitor tenant arrears.
• Prepare and issue Rental Charge Invoices and related letters.
• Coordinate and supervise service contracts and vendor invoices.
