Job summary

Avison Young is a global commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio's operations and finances. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while maintaining strong tenant relationships and coordinating with building staff.

Responsibilities include handling vendor contracts, lease compliance, and coordinating maintenance with vendors and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, or finance.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• CPM or RPA designation a plus.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate financial terms and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, rent collection, reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance of tenant lease agreements.
• Coordinate with staff and tenants to address issues.
• Oversee vendor services and monitor performance.
• Supervise maintenance scheduling with vendors and tenants.
• Develop, coach, and counsel team members.
