Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for a designated portfolio. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, tenant relations, and financial reporting to preserve asset value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/real estate/finance, 4–7 years of CRE experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive base pay and bonus potential with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, or finance.
• CPM or RPA designation a plus.
• 4–7 years related CRE experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial terms and principals; able to analyze and support complex decisions.
• Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures; prepare budgets and variance reports.
• Oversee A/R and A/P, rent collection, and CAM estimates; maintain related documentation.
• Ensure lease compliance and tenant obligations are met.
• Respond to tenant requests; coordinate with management and staff; maintain tenant relations.
• Oversee vendor services; evaluate proposals and manage service agreements.
• Schedule and manage maintenance with vendors and tenants.
• Maintain relationships with Property Owners and ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and recommend improvements.
• Lead and develop the property management team; set performance goals and provide coaching.
