Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a stabilized apartment community, ensuring financial and operational goals are met. You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing, budgeting, and vendor relations to deliver outstanding resident service.

The role requires 3–5 years in community management, proficiency with Yardi or RealPage, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. California residency and housing discount are noted benefits.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of community management experience required.
• Experience using Yardi Systems or RealPage required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, and post them timely.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communication with accounting and owners.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fee collection as per lease terms.
• Ensure maintenance standards and supervise property staff.
• Assist in owner relations with tours, updates, and performance reporting.
