Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our stabilized, mid-rise communities in California. You will lead property staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Yardi and Entrata/OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and related experience to manage day-to-day operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into property budgets by analyzing financial statements and performance data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and ensuring timely collection of fees and deposits.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, screening, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and coordinating maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and provide performance updates.
