Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a 68-unit community, drive occupancy and revenue, and lead the on-site team in a fast-paced market. You will handle leasing, budgeting, and owner communications, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Greystar standards.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. California experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and budget to meet goals.
• Oversee leasing processes, rent collection, and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead, hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and state/local regulations.
