Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in the United States. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, set rental strategies, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing and other regulations.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, financial reporting, vendor management, staffing, and ensuring high resident satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community and oversee the team.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection and postings; prepare monthly reports.
• Approve invoices, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Supervise staff; hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct property inspections; ensure safety, cleanliness and appeal.
• Engage with owners, provide updates, and support relationship management.
