Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a multi-family property. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rent levels, collect rents, and handle vendor payments while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Local market knowledge and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Sets rent rates, collects rent, and reviews monthly financial status reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and ensures insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies.
