Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family property. You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing, budgeting, and safety standards to meet financial and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and monitor collections and reports.
• Oversee vendor invoices, insurance certs, and chart codes.
• Manage lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Lead maintenance and leasing teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Assist owners with updates and property performance discussions.
