Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager in Scottsdale to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, marketing, and client satisfaction while leading a team and coordinating with corporate offices. The role emphasizes ensuring excellent resident experiences and compliance with management guidelines.

The position requires 2–3 years of property management experience and strong organizational, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities helpful.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicate a shared vision, and develop staff.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
