Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center seeks a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across properties, driving resident satisfaction, lease administration, and property performance.

You will lead site teams, manage client expectations, and coordinate with the corporate office on maintenance, safety, and compliance while promoting exceptional service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide corrective feedback.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver best performance and communicate a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Understand and enforce operations guidelines from the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops and professional publishing.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans and manage safety records and claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
