Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident experience at our Scottsdale properties. You will drive full lifecycle activities, ensure client satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role shapes trusted relationships with residents and the corporate office. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in property

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Achieve client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and coaching of associates.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain safety records, risk management, and disaster plans.
