Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and marketing efforts across properties while ensuring exceptional resident and client experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, recruiting, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire.
• Create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand the operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and issues and serve as liaison to residents and the corporate office regarding CAM administration and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking.
• Organize and implement site natural disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage the property and associate safety records, property loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
