Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident relations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to residents and clients while maintaining property P&L and marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of rental lifecycles, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Competenze

Two to three years of property management experience.
One to two years of direct management experience.
Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
Responsible for meeting client expectations and providing an excellent customer service experience.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, corrective feedback, and hiring.
Create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development.
Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
Respond to resident complaints and issues and liaise with residents and the corporate office regarding maintenance and landlord rules.
