Avenue5 Residential in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. You'll manage vendor contracts, maintenance, rent collection, and monthly reporting to ensure a positive resident experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer service. Bachelor’s preferred; real estate license a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two to three years of property management experience is required
• One to two years of direct management experience is required
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention
• Lease administration and rent collection and delinquency management
• Manage property P&L and property marketing in accordance with company standards
• Recruit, interview, and hiring responsibilities
• Lead and coach associates and communicate a shared vision
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking
• Organize site safety and emergency evacuation plans
• Manage safety records and risk management initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
