Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties, focusing on resident satisfaction, leasing, and overall property performance.

You will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and team development while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, corrective feedback, and hiring.
• Coach and develop staff to align with shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Understand and apply property management guidelines per agreement.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
