Job summary

Greystar in Fort Worth, TX seeks a hands-on Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a premier apartment community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, marketing, leasing, and ensure service excellence while complying with policies and laws.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, review financial reports, and drive occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing strategies and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Real Estate.
• 4–6 years of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
