Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Property Manager to lead daily property operations, manage a team, and drive financial and occupancy goals in compliance with policies and laws.

The role oversees budgeting, revenue collection, vendor coordination, leases, inspections, and staff performance. You will partner with owners, optimize marketing, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive service and oversight of maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reporting.
• Set rent rates, collect revenues, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appeal.
• Hire, train, and manage property staff.
• Manage client/owner relationships and reporting.
• Complete accounting, financial, and admin reports.
