Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Texas is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, lead the onsite team, ensure financial and leasing performance, and uphold company policies and Fair Housing standards.

You will develop budgets, set rent strategies, approve expenses, supervise staff, manage lease processing and inspections, monitor market trends, and drive resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and property appearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, leading the team and resources to meet goals.
• Analyze financial statements and budgets to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Oversee lease processing, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and fees.
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing strategies to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure maintenance standards, safety, cleanliness, and property appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage performance.
• Maintain owner relationships with updates and reporting.
• Complete accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties.
