Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a designated apartment community in Richardson, TX. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rents, review financials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and contracts.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash.
• Manage lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Gather market data and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate maintenance team performance.
