Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Texas property, lead the on-site team, and drive budgeted financial and occupancy goals. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage leasing, marketing, vendor relations, and resident services to maximize value and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day property operations and leads on-site team.
• Manages budgets, marketing data, and financial reporting to meet goals.
• Oversees vendor and contract management, and invoice approvals.
• Maintains compliance and quality standards across property operations.
• Leads leasing, inspections, renewals, and resident relations to maximize occupancy.
