Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Dallas-area property. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and maintenance to meet financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will coordinate with owners, analyze market trends, and implement short- and long-term leasing strategies, while promoting resident satisfaction and efficient operations across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees; prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and insurance validity.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee tenant selection, leasing, inspections, renewals, and notices in accordance with the lease.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring service quality from maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
