Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking aProperty Manager to lead day-to-day operations of an assigned Fort Worth property. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and resident relations to meet financial and occupancy goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in property management, and strong communication and leadership skills. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Develop and input property budgets through financial analysis and reports.
• Set rental rates, collect rents, post payments, and review monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and code charges.
• Manage expenses within budget; oversee petty cash and reconciliations.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests with timely action.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Engage with owners/clients, provide updates, and respond to requests.
