Job summary

Greystar is seeking a result-driven Community Marketing & Leasing Leader to direct marketing, advertising and leasing activities at our Fort Worth properties. You will oversee the leasing team, balance pricing strategies and concessions, and implement marketing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across on-site operations.

You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to ensure property appearance and resident satisfaction, while steering reporting and performance metrics to owners

Qualifications

• Directs the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members and resources to hit revenue, occupancy and leasing goals.
• Stays informed about market and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to leases.
• Develops pricing, concessions and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Oversees on-site teams and ensures physical appearance meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans based on market conditions.
• Leads leasing team; trains and evaluates performance.
• Reviews financial and traffic reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance.
