Job summary

This position involves budgeting, rent oversight, and coordinating maintenance and leasing activities while upholding Greystar standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a property, managing team members and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rents, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications while ensuring insurance and chart codes are correct.
• Lead leasing, enforcement of lease terms, inspections, and maintenance quality.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
