Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day property activities, teams, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals. The role ensures adherence to company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent processing, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, marketing, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations preferred.
• Strong financial and budgeting acumen.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and multi-family regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Manages rent collection, postings, deposits, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approves invoices and coordinates with vendors, contractors, and owners.
• Controls expenditures and monitors petty cash within budget.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, notices, evictions, and fee collections.
• Gathers market trends and develops short- and long-range marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensures property maintenance meets safety and appearance standards.
• Supervises staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
