Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC invites applications for a Property Manager role overseeing day-to-day operations of a multi-family property. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, enforce leases, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with all housing laws and company standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent administration, vendor oversight, marketing strategy, and maintaining property conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and operating reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and posting fees; prepare monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure maintenance standards and supervise property staff; manage client/owner relationships.
