Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities. You will lead staff, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and compliance to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing financials, setting rent, approving invoices, and guiding the leasing team to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates and manage collections and monthly reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/owner communications.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, and renewals.
• Lead property staff and manage performance.
