Greystar is seeking a property manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. You will manage staff, budgets, and leasing while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and implementing marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related duties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets for the property using financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees with deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
