Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily property operations, manage a team, and drive budgeted financial and performance goals. You will ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires solid knowledge of budgeting, leasing, and vendor management, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth. A robust benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates, ensures timely collection, and prepares monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices, manages certificates of insurance, and coordinates with vendors and accounting.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and oversees petty cash maintenance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes, including notices and evictions when needed.
• Performs regular property inspections and ensures maintenance standards and safety.
• Supervises staff by hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating performance.
• Assists in managing owner relationships through tours and updates.
• Produces various accounting and administrative reports as required.
