Greystar seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a Townhome community, including managing staff, budgets, leasing, and resident relations. You will analyze financials, set rents, process invoices, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead a team and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and the property team to achieve budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, post payments, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor/contractor communications, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notice requirements, evictions, and renewal leases.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends, implements short- and long-range leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Supervise property staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance in line with company policies.
