Responsibilities include processing applications, auditing moves, handling escalations, and assisting with resident events while ensuring compliance with laws and community guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks and support team.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications per community guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Address escalated resident issues and maintain customer service standards.
• Support Property Manager in budgeting and occupancy targets.
