Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations and property performance in our Richmond, TX community. You will mentor Leasing Consultants, process applications, and help manage rent collection, move-ins, and resident relations under the Property Manager's guidance.

The role emphasizes budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals, with occasional weekend work and strong emphasis on compliance, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to ensure guidelines are met.
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies paid and documents uploaded.
• Ensure residents' current and scheduled billing is correct.
• Complete monthly reports.
• Assist with budgeting and uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident situations; escalate if needed.
• Assist with leasing and conduct tours.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet customer service standards.
• Work with property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Host resident functions and maximize renewals.
• May need to work one weekend a month.
