ZRS Management, LLC is looking for an Assistant Property Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on supporting Leasing Consultants, analyzing market information, and advancing toward Property Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities include rent collection, scheduling and posting, lease enforcement, applicant screening, move-in audit, budgeting assistance, and resident relations. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year(s) of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsabilidades

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager on community guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed.
• Escalate service requests and maintain customer service standards.
• Work with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident functions and renewals; may work one weekend a month.
